$50.00 per session
8 sessions $320 (twice per week for 4 weeks),
12 sessions $475 (3 sessions per week for 4 weeks)

2. Small Group/Bootcamp (Meets Monday thru Friday at 8 a.m.)
$10 per class or you may purchase a 10 sessions card for $100

3. Training Programs
4 week program – $50
6 week program – $65
8 week program – $80
12 week program – $100

4. Nutrition Planning
4 weeks meal plan – $80
Sport Nutrition Counseling – $25
